<p class="MsoNormal">Trying to find a local real estate lawyer in Skagit County (preferably but not necessarily in the Anacortes area) who can assist a friend with a quiet title matter. Hoping to find someone with significant experience bringing such claims.
The original grantor, from whom my friend would otherwise need a quit claim deed has passed away. Thinking a quiet title action would be the most efficient way for the potential client to clear his title, but open to other approaches. <o:p></o:p></p>
