Neighbor also having a fireworks party. fire stars in neighbors hedge and both sides pointing to the other as cause.</div><div>Q: PC owner has a homeowners policy for her house and an umbrella policy covering the vacant land. So my guess is that the PC would send any claims from the neighbors to PC insure of home owner policy and it would be primary and umbrella would be excess, right?
