The coversheet contained the Decedent as Grantor, the surviving Joint Tenants as Grantees, properly referenced the deed creating the joint tenancy with right of survivorship and the tax parcel ID. County assessor has not picked up the recording with the decedent’s name still on title. Have any of you had this happen in the past.
