This may of course be modified if the view being preserved is of the mountains, river, or is a territorial view. Please feel free to use or alter as you wish, and note that the legal descriptions of the properties are referenced as exhibits, as well as a legal description of the view corridor. I also like to include a map of the benefitted and burdened properties and the location of the view easement as an illustrative exhibit, and this is referenced in the form attached. Electricity has been turned off, the police went to the house at client?s request and the squatter who had no ID claimed she had been paying rent to someone and so the police took no action.
