<p class="MsoNormal">I haven't seen any, but check to make sure the relevant county or city hasn't enacted something in addition to state and federal restrictions.<o:p></o:p></p>

<p class="MsoNormal">The Federal CARES Act only applies to mortgages backed by Federal insurance (Fannie Mae, etc.) so shouldn't apply to seller financing as in an RE contract.<o:p></o:p></p>

<p class="MsoNormal">If it's farmland, I don't know if there are any protections applicable specifically to family farms or the like.<o:p></o:p></p>
