<p class="x_MsoNormal">I realize one of the Governors proclamations suspended collecting assessments and late fees by HOAs but I didn’t see anything in proclamation suspending assessment of fines for violation of covenants or rules of the HOA so they can be
collected does anyone have any opinions on this matter thank you.</p>
