<p class="MsoNormal">PC is purchasing a house built in 1959. The window sills in bedrooms are 2”-3” higher than code allowed nowadays. Two-bedroom window openings are also smaller. PC checked with the city that it’s not a problem once we install CO and smoke
detectors. PC's concern is if it may have any hidden liability issue when the tenant moves in. Or is there any legal clause that PC may add to the lease to better protect their interest. <o:p></o:p></p>
