She is seeking to organize her neighbors to engage in some sort of collective agreement whereby the fellow property owners will agree to all work together and sell their properties to a single developer.<o:p></o:p></p><p class=MsoNormal><o:p> </o:p></p><p class=MsoNormal>Has anyone had any familiarity with such an agreement? This obviously goes beyond simple covenants because it would involve some sort of collective agreement to negotiate.
