Defendant refused to answer the door, called the Sheriff, and operated the chambering mechanism of a shotgun.<o:p></o:p></p><p class=MsoNormal><o:p> </o:p></p><p class=MsoNormal>I have dealt with this person in the past and he will not open the door for even the Sheriff. However, this is the first time he resorted to gun play. <o:p></o:p></p><p class=MsoNormal><o:p> </o:p></p><p class=MsoNormal>I used to ask my server to make five attempts on different days at different times before seeking an order to serve by publication or mail.
