<p class="MsoNormal">'Mates, I have been helping a client, a four unit condo, deal with a difficult co-owner. We've got that problem resolved, but since the condo was created in 1987 it has never really set up a formal structure or complied with the terms of
the form declaration (clearly written for a much larger condo).<o:p></o:p></p>
