<p class="x_MsoNormal">PC is looking to purchase a commercial property in unincorporated Snohomish County. There is a structure on the property. Client wants to know if it is possible to construct a wall through the middle of the building and subdivide the
property in to two lots, similar to a zero lot line townhome development where the shared walls of the townhomes rest directly on one of the boundaries and with each townhome being located on its own platted lot.
