She profusely apologized for the issues with the new software system. They are trying to catch up but it is problematic. Mine still hasn't been processed though my check cleared on January 15. <br></div><div class="gmail_default" style="font-family:tahoma,sans-serif;font-size:small"><br></div><div class="gmail_default" style="font-family:tahoma,sans-serif;font-size:small">You can contact her directly if you have an issue with your renewal .
