<p class="MsoNormal">Which way is the best way to go here. Rerecord a new Amended, Restated and Corrective Trust (with Borrower and lender signing off) or just a “Substitution of Trustee” or “Appointment Of Successor Trustee”.<o:p></o:p></p>
