<p class="MsoNormal">I am in the exact same situation – I submitted all to renew in advance of 120 days from my March 2020 notary expiration and just reached back out today indicating the same – it would be a huge detriment to my practice to not notarize estate
planning or property transfer documents.<o:p></o:p></p>

<p class="MsoNormal">When I got to DOL on the phone, it was indicated to me the delay was less related to DOR’s other changes and more apparently that DOL has only two staff members doing renewals for the whole state and two members doing UCC filings.<o:p></o:p></p>

<p class="MsoNormal">I was still told today that my application was “in review status.” Below is contact information to verify your status, if you get anywhere further than this frustration, I’d sure appreciate hearing!<o:p></o:p></p>

the day they processed your payment which was January 15, 2020. Looking at maybe early April. Jennifer reiterated we weren't late; they are having problems keeping up with a system change."<br clear="all">
