<p class="MsoNormal">I need a referral for a surveyor for the purchase and sale for a narrow strip of property that is not current a separate parcel, but is a portion of the neighboring parcel.   Property is in Seattle.  Clients will also likely need to do
 a parcel segregation once the property is surveyed and acquired.  <u></u><u></u></p>
