<div dir="auto">Hi again Mike, I need assistance with the following: <div dir="auto">My husband and I signed an independent contract agreement as on site property mangers. Owner got a compliant to and audited by L & I. L & I investigator called an stated that Bill & I are employees. Owner believes we made the complaint against him. The owner has stated he will not keep us as employees. Owner has not put anything in writing as of yet. Owner verbally terminated us in response to L & I compliant. He has made us homeless because the leasing office is inside our apartment. </div><div dir="auto">Issues I need addressed:</div><div dir="auto">1. Reference letter</div><div dir="auto">2. Our apartment move out inspection</div><div dir="auto">3. Documenting return of office equipment, supplies, files, hand-tools, etc.</div><div dir="auto">4. Severance pay</div><div dir="auto">5. Tax Issues now 1099 for 2 years has to be corrected</div><div dir="auto">6.
