(it may have been an out of state law review or case, I can’t remember,
that said the original codicil Re-publishes the original will and the codicil
was therefore all we needed to file with a copy of the will attached... and the

successful having the attorney who prepared the will, or the witnesses, or one
of both or any combination of the above to a Declaration of Lost Will.
If the PR has knowledge of the lost will he/she can also do a
Declaration. I have not had any problems getting a copy of a lost will
admitted to probate with some combination of these
