Complex has a no-pet policy in general. Client isn’t opposed to allowing the service animals, but would like to know what exactly he can require the tenant to produce to prove the animal is really needed and approved. I believe the federal law requires a letter or certification from the ADA or another agency. I also believe the Fair Housing Act plays a part. Then you have WA law.
