<div> You can do a deed of trust on the leasehold interest. If the manufactured home is not going become part of the realty, then I am not fully conversant with what you need to do in addition.</div>
<div> What you also need to do is to go to the lessor and enter into a signed, recorded document that insures the lessor will give you notice of a default. If you don't have that, and the lessee defaults on the lease, the lease could be terminated and you would not know it.</div>
