<p class="MsoNormal">They already denied the claim stating that the problem was “ unforeseeable” and therefore no liability. Electricity is a mystery to me and I avoid playing with if at all possible however as further clarification, I am told that when
this transformer blew it dropped one leg of the 3 phase power that runs the elevators and HVAC on 3 buildings. With only 2 of the 3 phases it caused the motors burn up. Several thousand dollars of damage.
