<p class="MsoNormal">PC suffered damage to skylight during storm in January, resulting in extensive damage to part of home. Insurance company sent an adjustor but has failed to do anything to mitigate or repair the damage. PC contacted Insurance Commissioner
and a “public adjustor” with no success. PC now wants to bring lawsuit against insurer.
