Page has served as a neutral in well over 100 cases in her time at PERC, including the mediation of many teacher strikes or near-strike situations. Two years into her PERC career, Page also joined the agency’s training team. Page joined the King County Bar Association ADR Section Leadership Team in 2016 and enjoys collaborating with her team to offer quality section meetings and programs to the KCBA community. She then secured an AmeriCorps VISTA position with VOA-DRC in Everett, WA in 2004. LaDessa has spent the last 15 years exploring with key stakeholders how mediation and conflict resolution processes can be utilized in our courts and community systems to address a variety of social challenges, including homelessness and supporting community policing. LaDessa also served as the Co-President of Resolution Washington (2014-2019) the statewide association of Dispute Resolution Centers. He has been an adjunct professor at Seattle University School of Law teaching Landlord/Tenant Law and was a visiting adjunct professor with the Access to Justice Institute at Seattle University.
