she was behind on property taxes. The stranger gave the client

deed saying that document would give him the right to pay her
property taxes for her. He then notarized it and forged her
signature on a REETA and recorded it. The stranger then sold
the property to someone for $120,000.00 cash. The cash buyer
has now filed a quiet title action against the client. <u></u><u></u></p>
