PC owns a boat slip on Lake Washington. PC has a "tenant" who has not paid rent in 4 months for use of slip for boat. I don't think it's a "liveaboard." PC has given "tenant" plenty of opportunities to pay. At this point, "tenant" has stopped responding. So
PC wants to figure out what the process is for "evicting" the boat. </span>
