<div>We always record a certified copy of the judgment with the Auditor.  Maybe its redundant but we have always done it that way to assure it is entered into the chain of title and the Assessor is notified. </div>

<p style="margin-top:0; margin-bottom:0">If in the same County, why are you recording a judgment for adverse possession?  I hope the title people chime in here but I thought the judgment being in the court house records was enough for the title companies to
 recognize it.  Isn't recording a judgment in the same county as the judgment redundant?  </p>
