<p style="margin-top:0;margin-bottom:0">If in the same County, why are you recording a judgment for adverse possession? I hope the title people chime in here but I thought the judgment being in the court house records was enough for the title companies to
recognize it. Isn't recording a judgment in the same county as the judgment redundant? </p>
