<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-size:11.0pt">PC owns a vacation townhouse in Jefferson County. PC has rented her unit frequently over the years for short-term vacation rentals, and wants to continue to do so. Current Board recently adopted a highly
restrictive policy toward vacation rentals. The new Board Policy seems to be in conflict with CC&Rs, which PC says contain liberal rental-rights provisions. I think client will be best served by someone with strong experience in HOA law. Any suggestions?
