I tried to keep it on one page to save trees. I have no pride of authorship so you can look at the statute attached and make whatever changes you deem necessary. Quite a few of the landlord lawyers are not acquainted with the statute and so far I have not had any objections. I let the landlord lawyer present the order along with whatever other orders he is seeking. No judge has refused to sign the order. I have not heard from any of the tenants saying their eviction has shown up on a screening. Spokane is a small town. 2<sup>nd</sup> largest in the state, but still a small town atmosphere and often there is good will between the landlord and the tenant, especially in hardship cases. You may find the same in Oak Harbor.<o:p></o:p></span></p><p class=MsoNormal><span style='color:#1F497D'>As for the dark side, it is the volunteers that wear the white hats.
