<font face="Times New Roman, Times, serif">RCW 4.28.320 states what
is required. It states no requirement that a lis pendens be on
pleading paper. That statute does not require that a copy of the
lis pendens be filed in the court proceeding in addition to it
being recorded with the county auditor.<br>
