This is an inexpensive procedure that can be filed at any of the various Profeco offices in Mexico, regardless of the situs of the timeshare. If the client prefers, the claim can be filed by a Mexican attorney with a power of attorney. I am able to conduct initial contract review and/or refer the matter to Mexico attorneys with whom I have worked for many years.
