to honor the forbearance agreement terms, so the mediator issued a Certification in September 2017 with “Borrower Not In Good Faith (RCW 61.24.163(15))” checked with the explanation "Borrower has failed to honor the forbearance agreement."<o:p></o:p></span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;font-family:"Arial",sans-serif;color:#222222"><o:p> </o:p></span></p>
