<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-family:"Berlin Sans FB","sans-serif";color:#1F497D">The contractual right belongs to the marital community (i.e., a partnership). The requesting ex-partner can no longer bind the partnership (the marital community) with
his/her signature alone. If the requesting party cannot produce consent of both partners to the renewal, he does not have authority to exercise the right that was granted.<o:p></o:p></span></p>
