Apparently, he allowed some people to live there and they were allowed to stay so long as they fixed things around the house. That arrangement expired and now a new group of people are there- my client has no idea who they are but wants them out.<o:p></o:p></p><p class=MsoNormal>I think I can file an unlawful detainer to get them out, but we need to start the process with some kind of notice- I presume a 3 day is the proper beginning, although I am wondering if we should serve a 20 day simultaneously just to cover the bases in the event a 3 day is not proper. Also, who do I sue and serve? John and Jane Does? What if no one at the door will accept service?
