Seller's Form 17 discloses that one fence line is not on property line, was erected cooperatively with owner of neighboring property long ago (>10 yr), and suggests that neighbor uses area immediately over the fence for ingress/egress to/from neighboring property which is used from time to time (weekend/vacation place).<br></div><div><br></div><div>PC is concerned whether neighbor can claim (adversely or otherwise) fenced area, and about the potential for disputes with current or future neighbors, issues with subsequent resale, and if it's possible to address this somehow in a P&S agreement. Note that the fenceline now standing does not impede use of the property of interest; the issues are borne of a desire to avoid future problems and know what / get what they are bargaining for.</div><div><br></div><div>Thanks in advance.</div></span></body></html>
