<p class="MsoNormal">S owns property outright. S is selling 99% ownership in property to B (daughter). Would it be better to draft Deed “S conveys to B 99%” or to “S conveys to S (as to 1%)& B (as to 99%) as TIC.”? I tend to think the latter is better drafting
and makes for a more clear title but I am curious about the opinions of others. Plan is to use a Special/Limited warranty deed and S is completely willing to pay the REETA.<o:p></o:p></p>
