<p class="ox-a952fc20ec-msonormal">Evidently, a person with a service dog sought to rent the house and was denied by the property manager.<o:p></o:p></p>
<p class="ox-a952fc20ec-msonormal">My clients have received a “complaint” from the state Human Rights Commission.<o:p></o:p></p>
<p class="ox-a952fc20ec-msonormal">I have not handled such a matter and am looking for a referral to experienced counsel (or a quick cite to an exception which permits refusal to accommodate a person with a service dog based upon a medical condition of the
proprietor).<o:p></o:p></p>
