<div dir="ltr"><div><div><div><div><div><div><font size="4">Hello:<br><br></font></div><div><font size="4">I did not get any response to this email last week. Are there any attorney's who are interested in this case? <br></font></div><div><font size="4"><br></font></div><font size="4">I
have a potential client (PC) who needs help from a strong law firm with
a dissociation of a partnership and the determination of the value of
the buyout of the dissociated partner's interest. This is a restaurant
in Bellingham that opened less than a year ago but has been doing
incredibly well. Over $800,000 in revenue in less than one year.<br><br></font></div><font size="4">I
would say that the facts are somewhat complicated, but aren't they
always? There are documents that show her ownership in the
partnership. The tricky part is what appears to be embezzlement of
substantial funds from the partnership by the "majority" partner. The
PC has the records of all purchases through an internet app. She has
most if not all of the regular expenses documented. There is at least a
$70,000 gap. Where did the money go???<br><br></font></div><font size="4">There
are also episodes of assault and even a battery by the "majority"
partner against the somewhat diminutive PC. She has since left working
as the manager of the Restaurant and has made an informal request to
have her interest int he partnership bought out. All she gets is a
bully response without a substantial reason. No funds have been offered
and the "majority" partner has created some books to make it look like
there is no value in the partnership. Something is fishy.<br><br></font></div><font size="4">The
PC needs a firm that is willing to work on this with reliance on the
RCW 25.05.250 (9) provision for attorney's fees and with a contingent
interest in the case. PC does not have the funds to promote the case.
She needs a tough attorney. She needs to start with the dissociated
partner process in RCW 25.05, et seq. <br><br></font></div><font size="4">Any suggestions will be explored all the way from Bellingham to Tacoma. <br><br></font></div><font size="4">Thank you.<br><br></font><div><div class="gmail_signature"><div dir="ltr"><div><div><div><div><div>James R.
