<div dir="ltr"><div><div><div>A friend just moved to Washington and is renting a house
in Snohomish county. The landlord did not disclose to her or her husband
that the handy man is a registered sex offender who raped a woman many
years ago. <br><br>My friend is unhappy that the landlord did not
disclose this fact, is very uncomfortable with the situation, and asked
me if that non-disclosure could be grounds for them to get out of their
year lease.<br><br></div>I've not come across this situation before and was hoping someone might have some insight.<br><br></div>Thanks,<br></div>Anthony<div><div class="gmail_signature" data-smartmail="gmail_signature"><div dir="ltr"><div><div dir="ltr"><div><div dir="ltr"><div><div dir="ltr"><div>----</div><div><br>
