<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-size:11.0pt;font-family:"Calibri",sans-serif;color:black">My clients purchases it at the sale. But unbeknownst to them, the debtor quit claimed their interest to an investment group in June. The investment group is now
claiming their right to redeem the property. They gave notice on June 27, and want to redeem by July 15, 2016.<o:p></o:p></span></p>

<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-size:11.0pt;font-family:"Calibri",sans-serif;color:black">My client obtained a hard money loan and was going to refinance after the redemption period. Unfortunately, they put in 30k for repairs and moved their elderly
parents into the home. <o:p></o:p></span></p>

<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-size:11.0pt;font-family:"Calibri",sans-serif;color:black">I believe they are entitled to the sums they paid for the loan, payments paid during this period and interest. But are they entitled to the sums they paid to improve
the property? What about costs of relocating their elderly parents? <o:p></o:p></span></p>
