<p class="MsoNormal">One of my real estate brokers for my company listed a home and the home was sold and closed about 1 month ago. The buyers were represented by another broker.<o:p></o:p></p>

<p class="MsoNormal">Yesterday the Buyers broker contacted my broker and stated via email that there is an upstairs master bath leak that is leaking into the downstairs bathroom causing damage and possible mold issue.<o:p></o:p></p>

<p class="MsoNormal">Buyers broker also states via email that my broker told them about this leak prior to them making an offer and the seller had the leak fixed. My broker denies this statement.

<p class="MsoNormal">Buyers had an licensed home inspection of property and approved it, nothing was mentioned about a leak issue. The buyers also signed receipt of the F 17. The F 17 disclosed by sellers indicates no problems with plumbing or leak issues.

<p class="MsoNormal">The sellers have not lived in this property for 4 years prior to selling the property. The home was a rental. The seller made significant improvements to the property prior to selling home, replace roof and appliances and re-caulked bathrooms
