indemnifying the title company from any liability as a result of not obtaining a release from the legal owner. By eliminating the title you may run into a problem if you later want to remove the mobile home from the property (must reinstate dol title to get
permits to move), but there may be ways to get around that – you could rase the mobile home.

out of Phoenix, which was inactivated in 1989. For that matter, we also have to clear off the old 1986 registered owner as well. kind of a nightmare.<o:p></o:p></span></p>
