<p class="MsoNormal">I have a client, an architect, who is sole owner of a PLLC, and is bringing into the firm a building designer (that is, not a licensed architect).<o:p></o:p></p>

<p class="MsoNormal">Can the building designer be a member of the PLLC? Or do all members of a PLLC have to be licensed architects?<o:p></o:p></p>

<p class="MsoNormal">And, if the answer is that all members must be licensed architects, does anyone have experience with the practical method of how to allow an architect and a building designer to practice together in a profit-sharing-type partnership, but
