If your client is ready, willing and able to “cure”, then the trustee MUST cooperate. If you are trying to negotiate something less than full payment, then, well, the trustee does have the right to postpone the sale for good cause and you could try to convince him to do that. Trustees have to be careful these days to not appear to be representing the beneficiary.
