estate excise tax will be due, because I recently assisted in a bill-of-sale
transfer of a unit in a condo located on National Forest Service
land under a use permit, and the county required real estate
excise tax paid on the sale price of the condo unit. That condo
unit also had a parcel number, and its owner annually paid real property
