 (zoning matters, of course) so there may be an argument to increase all of the purchase prices.  We have worked with clients in the past in condemnation and properties acquired by the City.  Regardless of who your clients retain, it should be someone familiar
 with the City and their condemnation process.<o:p></o:p></span></p>
