<p class="MsoNormal">House and land purchased on a contract for deed. Contract completed and deed provided by grantor 25+ years ago. Deed not recorded, now lost; original grantor is deceased, heirs unknown. Grantee has been paying the property tax for all
this time. Property is located in unincorporated Spokane County. Grantee has lived on the property for so long, the County has named the road after him. *<b>Should</b>* be an easy clean up.<o:p></o:p></p>
