There is an HOA for the adjacent condo complex, but I didn't think that was the point of your question, or was it?<br></div><div><br></div><div>My colleague/client, who lives in the adjacent condo complex, has tried just about every Sno Co agency imaginable - Sheriff, Building Code Compliance, Health Department - to no substantive avail. Also, NP probably violates the local government regulations/ordinances regarding blighted property. I was working with a client (who had a good heart, but, sadly, was alcoholic) who the County was threatening to come on to his property to clean up/abate his garbage because it was attracting rats.
