<p class="MsoNormal">Hi all. Client is the landlord under an ag lease for unimproved farm land in King County. If Tenant defaults in rent and doesn’t cure following a 3-day pay or vacate notice, may LL enter onto the property to do things like plant a cover
crop and do restoration/conservation work without an unlawful detainer action? Also, would an unlawful detainer judgment be required to move the tenant’s farm equipment off the property? Thank you in advance for any advice you may have.
