<p class="MsoNormal">I have a landlord who a person looking to rent a residence that claims if the landlord does not accept HUD vouchers that she can sue him for discrimination. I have never heard of this and the person claims that it is a new law. Is anyone
aware of any reason that a landlord has to accept HUD vouchers if his property is not part of the HUD approved housing or program?<o:p></o:p></p>
