[WSBARP] Looking to hire new associate

Hi everyone,
I'm looking to hire a new associate it would be grateful for any references. The role would be perfect for a very new attorney who sought exposure to a wide variety of case types and significant autonomy in choosing cases with a goal of building a niche practice area over time.
Am hiring ASAP.
Main characteristic could be tenacity. No experience required other than that associated with getting a current WSBA # or expecting by winter 2027.
